optimize import time of el_paso using lazy_loader (#163)

* First optimzations. STUB FILES ARE MISSING and therefore typing is broken.

* fix(cli): stop mixing real click with Typer's vendored click fork

Fixes the no-args crash, lost Rich tracebacks, and duplicated/missing shell completion by moving the lazy command groups onto typer.core.TyperGroup instead of click.Group.

* fix(tests): make CliRunner work with the real app object again

app is no longer a typer.Typer() instance, which CliRunner.invoke() requires; add a small shim so the two CLI-level tests can still run it.

* feat(cli): add ep and el_paso as aliases for el-paso

* add TYPE_CHECKING block for type checking
