* [GithubCheckRun] pass nameFilter as check_name to GitHub API

* [GithubCheckRuns] remove client-side name filtering from transform

Rely on GitHub's check_name parameter for nameFilter instead of filtering again in transform()

* fix: [GithubCheckRuns] test nameFilter with live checks and a check_name query

Drop the deep handle() mocks. Cover a real check name and a missing one with live badges, and require check_name with one nock.
