Add audio and video attachments to feature forms

Attachment (ExternalResource) fields whose "Integrated document viewer"
is set to Audio or Video in QGIS (DocumentViewer config, QGIS 3.30+)
now open a new media editor instead of the photo editor, matching how
QGIS and QField use the same setting.

- Audio: record in-app via Qt Multimedia (AAC/.m4a) or pick a file
  (Android, desktop), with in-form playback
- Video: record with the native camera (Android ACTION_VIDEO_CAPTURE,
  iOS UIImagePickerController) or pick from gallery (Android, iOS,
  desktop), with in-form playback
- Files are stored following the same default path / relative storage
  rules as photos; photo naming expressions also apply
- Add RECORD_AUDIO (Android) and NSMicrophoneUsageDescription (iOS/macOS)
