check-streams: only SCAN for keys of type stream (#1189)

Glob patterns given to -check-streams were expanded with a plain SCAN, so
every non-stream key matching the pattern got an XINFO STREAM call and a
WRONGTYPE error line on every scrape. Pass TYPE stream to the SCAN
(Redis 6.0+) and fall back to the unfiltered scan on servers that answer
ERR syntax error, so Redis 5 keeps working as before. -check-keys is
unchanged.
