perf: reduce ASOF preparation cost for DAL-301 (#322)

* perf: reduce repeated ASOF preparation for DAL-301

When right history cannot be evicted during a progress tick, prepare canonical checkpoint bytes by removing the finalized left prefix. Commit state only after each output succeeds, avoiding repeated state cloning and row encoding while preserving the v1 snapshot and recovery contract.

Maintain eight ASOF scale, skew and restore workloads with raw allocation, RSS and checkpoint diagnostics. Preserve new coverage classification and rebuild each source product library before benchmark linking.

* fix: restore DAL-301 validation and checkpoint complexity

Include the maintained ASOF target in the exact release inventory.
Separate cancellable suffix copying from checkpoint header preparation
without changing reservation or commit order. Scope the args audit
exception to the local benchmark invocation, which makes no security
decision from process arguments.

* docs: explain ASOF preparation and benchmark evidence

Align the ASOF and benchmark guides with stable-history prefix preparation,
the maintained eight-case loader, and the actual command modes. Preserve
canonical checkpoint and cancellation guarantees while keeping remaining
preparation costs and each measurement's source identity explicit.

* style: fix DAL-301 checkpoint formatting for edition 2024

Wrap the suffix-copy call as required by Rust 1.88.0 with edition 2024.
Keep checkpoint preparation semantics and the accepted documentation intact.

* ci: retain DAL-301 Rust installation failure evidence

Capture bounded toolchain and component snapshots around the pinned Rust
action, retain its complete install log and original exit code, and upload
cache step metadata even when installation fails. Keep evidence outside
the build cache without changing installation policy or product code.

* ci: fix DAL-301 installation evidence checks

Place the evidence directory in supported step contexts... (continued)
