test: convert the suite to Pest 5 (#74)

164 tests (unchanged); coverage identical apart from one `ABSPATH` guard line. Pest's `throws()` cannot match an interface, so one `DependencyContainerTest` case checks `NotFoundExceptionInterface` by hand. `#[CoversNothing]` has no Pest equivalent and is noted in comments.

composer test now runs pest; bare phpunit cannot load closure-based files.
