Add waveform shape feature remap to denoised features (#126)

* Add the mild-tier to the lfpack download option

* Apply waveform shape feature remap to raw_ephys_features_denoised.pqt

Modify denoise_raw_features_data to apply remap_waveform_shape_features
transform after denoising. This converts ModelSpikeFeatures (14 columns)
to ModelSpikeShapeFeatures (12 columns), replacing redundant per-event
Timing/amplitude columns with more interpretable spike-shape metrics:
- spike_width_secs (trough-to-peak duration)
- predepolarisation_width_secs (tip-to-peak duration)
- spike_amplitude (trough-to-peak amplitude)
- peak_to_trough_ratio_log (amplitude-independent shape asymmetry)

The 8 shared columns (alpha_mean, alpha_std, depolarisation_slope,
polarity, recovery_slope, repolarisation_slope, spike_count, tip_val)
are preserved unchanged.
