Add backwards compatibility tests (covering client-side integration tests) (#3359)

### Summary

Continue #3183 by extending the set of tests, in order to include
client-side sampler and client-side executor. The new jobs added include
the jobs submitted during integration tests for the client-side
primitives. A bit of organizational layer is added in order to be able
to easily pick between versions and primitive.

### Details and comments

The approach is to be extended in the future as the project evolve.
While it allows for easily collecting jobs and for using the stored data
in tests, I'm not sure it will scale properly (in terms of size of the
data), as well as in term of the fine-grain asserts.
