docs: fix the old source_1../4/ pages' own auto-derived heading too (#2095)

Same underlying issue as the landing page's headline: source_1../4/
share their READMEs with javascript_1../4/, so their body content
already reads "JavaScript §N" - but the template's folder-name-derived
<title>/<h1> (and global.html's "Predeclared in ...") still read
"Source §N", since these folders keep their old names for URL
backward compatibility. That's a real inconsistency within each old
page, not just a stale/acceptable legacy label - reported after
noticing it on the live https://docs.sourceacademy.org/source_1/.

Verified every remaining "Source" occurrence in these four folders'
generated .html files was exactly this phrase (source_2/3/4's
draw_data and mce.js's "without the Source Academy" doc strings are
untouched, correctly - they say "Source Academy", not "Source §N"),
so a plain string replace across every .html file in each folder is
safe.
