Merge separate_lib_dev_extension into development

Migrates parser architecture (ParserFactory, MappingAbortionError,
Preprocessor, file_util) to use mappingservice_plugincore as the
shared core library instead of local implementations.

Removes obsolete local files now replaced by the core library:
ImageParser.py, ParserFactory.py, MappingAbortionError.py
