* Add 13-inch iPad App Store screenshots

Rendered from the real chat UI: the web client is built, served locally
and driven in WebKit at 2752x2064, with the API answered from fixtures so
the images carry no real workspace data. Regenerate with
scripts/generate-ipad-screenshots.mjs (see README).

fastlane/screenshots/ stops being ignored — these are release assets, not
scratch output from a snapshot run. The release lane still skips uploading
screenshots, so they go into App Store Connect by hand before the tag.

* Add portrait iPad screenshots alongside the landscape set

The generator now renders both 13-inch iPad orientations: landscape
(2752x2064) and portrait (2064x2752), so the listing can lead with either.
Files are named per orientation, which renames the existing set.

The thread panel stays landscape-only — three columns at 1032pt squeeze the
channel enough to truncate its header and author names. The channel history
grew a few messages so the taller portrait screen fills.
