* fix: prevent symbolic source ID collisions

Reserve reachable logical source names and allocated IDs when assigning fallback names. Keep distinct sources separate in relational and batch lowering while preserving existing valid graph identities.

* docs: clarify symbolic source allocation and binding compatibility

Explain consecutive fallback collisions and logical-to-physical bindings
after DAL-298 so explicit runners use the compiled plan's binding IDs.
Record the corrected behavior and limit compatibility claims to graphs
whose source identities were already valid, without promising checkpoint
migration for incorrectly merged sources.

* docs: distinguish batch and relational source reservations

Limit the API and existing changelog entry to each lowering path's actual
reservation set. Batch fan-out reserves output names, while relational
DAGs also reserve planned physical node IDs. Preserve the accepted graph
identity and checkpoint compatibility boundaries.

* fix: reserve all batch calculation node IDs for sources

Build calculation stages before allocating fan-out sources so rolling, cross-section, prefilter, materialization, and CSE IDs cannot alias logical inputs. Preserve existing graph order and noncolliding fingerprints, with real collection regressions.

* test: expose checkpoint soak and Studio hang diagnostics

Retain the last running checkpoint status when a generation fails so operator acknowledgments and queue progress survive terminal cleanup. Bound Studio coverage execution and print progress and stalled-test stacks without changing coverage or checkpoint thresholds.
