Wrap an optional list of non-instances in C++ (#744)

The enhancing wraps the instances which an instance holds, and a list which
holds none -- of primitives, of constrained primitives, of enumeration
literals or of JSON-able values -- has nothing to recurse into. A *required*
list of those has always been treated so, and returns no snippet. An
*optional* one asserted instead:

    AssertionError: NOTE (mristin): We expect only lists of classes or named
    unions at the moment, but you specified List[str].

So a meta-model with a property ``Optional[List[str]]`` brought the C++
generation down, and we fix that in this change.
