Make the saving state tutorial steps followable card by card

A play-test of the tutorial in a dev client showed that the text
described compound expressions as if they were a single Variable Card,
while the Logic Programmer writes one card per operator application.
The latch and toggle steps now name every intermediate card, point out
that the index and default of Get Or Default are cards as well, and
mention that all of them belong in a Variable Store.

Also names the exact redstone aspect to use, warns that the feedback
reference must be indirect, restates that the first Delayer keeps a
Capacity of 1 (a larger one silently breaks the toggle), and adds the
missing And and Not operator appendices.
