feat: support experiment versions in test names (#1828)

## Description

This diff adds support for `@version` suffix in experiment names in
order to make experiment version mapping more robust. This should allow
callers (like apps) to send in a versioned experiment name and the
engine should be able to resolve it to use a dedicated factory for that
specific version. This is a follow up to
https://github.com/ooni/probe-cli/pull/1827
