"Подробнее" survives a restart and scrolls to the article it writes

A deploy empties the server while the PWA keeps its history, so pressing
"Подробнее" on any entry from before the restart answered 410 and printed the
server's raw "request expired". The deeper article never touches the card, so
the page now sends what it asks about with the request and a server that has
forgotten the entry writes it from that. The controls that change the card
still need the note the server held; after a restart they say so in the
interface language and stop being offered.

Pressing "Подробнее" opens the article's section at once and scrolls it into
view, so the reader watches it stream in. A reconnect after a restart no
longer marks a finished analysis as failed when only its article was pending.
