## What do these changes do?

Adds CodSpeed benchmarks for code paths that currently have no coverage:
`getall()` on a large table with repeated keys, `update()` with
duplicate keys (both `MultiDict` with `str` and `CIMultiDict` with
`istr`), `merge()`, `to_dict()` on a multidict with duplicates, and
`(key, value) in md.items()` where the matching entry sits behind
earlier entries with the same key. These give an upcoming C extension
change to hash marking a real before/after comparison. All new
benchmarks run against both backends through the existing fixtures.

## Are there changes in behavior for the user?

No.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No; the new benchmarks follow the existing style in the same files.
