fix(transactions): declare TransactionDetails as the add-confirmation response (#3460)

The addConfirmation handler and TransactionsService.addConfirmation both
return TransactionDetails, but the @ApiOkResponse decorator declared the
summary Transaction class. The OpenAPI schema therefore advertised an `id`
field where the real response carries `txId`, and clients generating types
from /api-json got the wrong response type.

Only the Swagger annotation changes; the runtime response is unchanged.
