refactor: type aliases, AST move, lookup ICE, union tags (#373)

Collapse incomplete-type aliases to isIncompleteObjectType and
isIntegral. Drop empty derived AST dtors and const unique_ptr
children so nodes move. Move by-value sinks. Grammar::symbolId
takes string_view. LanguageFrontEnd uses make_shared with a
private CtorTag. bindBoth for matched/unmatched CSNB clones.
Drop the write-only SymbolTable labels map. lookup/findFunction
miss is ICE. Incomplete union tags report as Union.

Lock pthread steal-loop processed and retirement under progress_mu.
