feat(types): support chains of up to ten callbacks in run and runIf

Chains of more than five callbacks were rejected by the typings while
the runtime handles any number. Overloads for six to ten callbacks are
added, the same shape as the existing ones, and the ceiling is stated
in the JSDoc of run and runIf. apply already accepts any number of
callbacks through its spread overloads; it gets overloads for six to
ten too, so that it stays precise as far as run and runIf are.

The declaration-emit test now covers ten-callback run and apply
wrappers and an eight-callback runIf wrapper: a generic wrapper over a
runIf chain of nine or more callbacks exceeds what TypeScript will
serialize into a declaration file, as every step which may end the
chain contributes to the result, and needs an explicit return type.
