fix(types): treat void as null-ish in runIf chains

A callback without a return value results in undefined, which ends a
runIf chain at runtime. The typings treated void as a regular value
instead: the next callback had to accept void, rejecting typed
callbacks such as (value: number) => …, and the result was typed as if
the chain had continued.

void is now null-ish. A function typed to return void may still return
a value, in which case the chain continues at runtime while the result
is typed void. As void is not meant to be used, this errs on the safe
side.
