feat!: move to sea-query 1.0 and sea-orm 2.0

BREAKING CHANGE: `sea-query 0.31` to `0.32` and `sea-orm 1.0` to `1.1` are no
longer supported, and the minimum Rust version is now 1.94.

`sea-query 1.0` changed two things this crate depends on.

`IntoLikeExpr` gained a supertrait and a blanket implementation:

    pub trait IntoLikeExpr: Into<LikeExpr> { ... }
    impl<T> IntoLikeExpr for T where T: Into<LikeExpr> { ... }

So it can no longer be implemented by hand. `From<Keyword> for LikeExpr` is
the hook that remains, and the blanket implementation supplies the rest.

`Expr::like` moved to `ExprTrait`, which the imports now bring in. The
doctests carried `IntoLikeExpr` and `LikeExpr` imports they never used, and
those are gone.

One source tree cannot serve both sea-query majors, so widening the range
was not an option. `sea-orm 2.0` requires `sea-query ~1.0.0` and Rust 1.94,
which is where the version floor comes from.

The public API is unchanged and so is the SQL. The doctests assert their
statements in full and none of them moved.

The compatibility matrix loses its `sea` axis, because one line of each is
supported now. `sqlx 0.7` leaves it too: `sea-orm 2.0` cannot resolve
against it.
