* feat(remote): follow the origin's split layout on an attached Mac

the origin publishes a layout frame (pane identities, primary, axis, shown) on the presentation stream and in the snapshot. A viewer applies axis, visibility and swaps to an existing realized pair of mapped replicas. A replica the origin removed closes without requiring acknowledgement, in either order of ssh exit and frame arrival.

a layout never opens a pane: a split opened on the origin after attach appears on the next attach. Automatic primary removal is skipped while a local split is pending. The last replica waits for its ssh exit and may then close the row. Local panes, divider ratio and focus stay local. An older origin sends no layout and the viewer changes nothing.

removes the unexecuted 14-task plan for this feature.

* docs(remote): fix the command reference for layout mirroring, test the hub cache reset

`site/commands.html` still said every remote pane holds for a keypress when its ssh exits. A replica the origin removed needs no acknowledgement; an ordinary disconnect still holds. The mirrored list and the `zmx present` snapshot now name the layout, with the note that a layout never opens a pane.

one parameterized `PresentationHubTests` case covers the layout cache reset on explicit unsubscribe and on a stale-heartbeat drop: without it a second viewer misses a return to the layout the first viewer last saw.

drops the caller list from `closeSplit`'s doc comment.

* chore(session-host): log why a client fell back to a direct attach

`Client.run` swallowed connect, send and receive errors without recording their cause. If the daemon is absent, the direct attach creates it under the app rather than the session host. `Client.run` now writes the error with its phase, and a host rejection with its stage and message, to `os.Logger` (`com.umputun.agterm`, category `session-host`).
