Fix all golangci-lint issues

- Handle unchecked f.Close() return in import_export.go
- Handle unchecked os.RemoveAll returns in import_export_test.go
- Handle unchecked f.Close() in bad reader test
- Lowercase error string per Go conventions (staticcheck ST1005)
- Add correctly-spelled ErrUnknownTranslation, deprecate old
  ErrUnknowTranslation name as alias for backward compatibility
