Add test for excluding an entire core namespace with a wildcard negation

drupal-contrib.json excludes core packages by naming each one exactly
("!drupal/core-recommended", etc). This adds a case using a single
wildcard negation ("!drupal/core*") instead, and includes drupal/core
itself (not one of the exactly-named exclusions elsewhere) to prove the
pattern catches any core-family package without enumerating it.
