Update to Minecraft 26.3

* FluidUtil moved to net.neoforged.neoforge.transfer.fluid, and
  getFluidContained was replaced by getFirstStackContained, which
  returns an empty stack instead of an empty Optional
* Bump Jade to its 26.3 build, since the 26.2 one crashes on load with
  NoSuchMethodError on VanillaRegistries#createLookup
* Replace the deprecated logoFile with iconFile
