Commit Message

refactor: insert temps by move and return the map entry

createTemporarySymbol takes const Type&, moves the ValueEntry into
the scope map, and returns const ValueEntry&. Setters copy once
into AnnotationStore. Named temps bind with const auto&.

Tests pin that the returned entry is the scope map node.
