Normalize JCache processor loader failures

Normalize read-through loader exceptions inside MutableEntry.getValue so
processors can catch CacheLoaderException and recover. Preserve existing
loader exceptions, restore direct interruption, and leave Errors unchanged.

Add invoke and invokeAll regressions for recovery, interruption, errors,
retry, null loads, and removed entries. Record the exception boundaries and
the accepted bounded manager-close delay in the JCache guidance.

Validated with 701 JCache unit tests, 493 TCK tests, and a final rerun of
all 16 focused cases.
