chore: add a revmux project profile

without `.revmux/profile.md` every review of this repo runs on generic calibration, a bar drawn for production services, and reports style and hardening findings a self-hosted single-binary tool does not want. The file states what weblist is, what a real failure looks like here, the blast radius, what not to report because `.golangci.yml` already enforces it, and which conventions are deliberate rather than defects.

`.revmux/tasks/` is run output, several megabytes per round, and is ignored.
