docs: add backlog item for the unreachable processor error log (#178)

adds `docs/backlog/` with its first item, the unreachable error log at `app/main.go:93`.

`Processor.Do` is an infinite `for`/`select` whose only `return` is `fmt.Errorf("processor stopped: %w", ctx.Err())`, so it never returns `nil`, and `main.go` calls it with `context.Background()`, which never cancels. The `[ERROR] processor failed` branch under it cannot run. `youtube.Service.Do` at `main.go:144` has the same shape with `context.TODO()`.

golangci-lint v2.13 reports it as `SA4023: this comparison is always true`. The pin in #177 is v2.12, which does not carry the check, so nothing fails today and this is filed rather than fixed.

filed as `maybe` rather than `later` because the three ways out differ in kind and none has been ruled on: give `main` a cancellable context so shutdown reaches these loops, return `nil` on a clean stop, or drop the dead branch entirely.

surfaced by a revmux round on the v2.12 branch, not by that change.
