docs: add backlog item for the unreachable processor error log

Processor.Do cannot return nil and main.go passes a context that never cancels,
so the error log at main.go:93 is dead code. golangci-lint v2.13 reports it as
SA4023; the v2.12 pin does not carry the check, so it will surface on the next
bump rather than now. Three possible fixes with no ruling between them.
