* Optimize component state lookups and fix sensorComponentChecked flag

- Query entire component state once in TestInterfacesWithTransceivers to prevent N+1 gNMI sequential roundtrips
- Only set sensorComponentChecked when a valid temperature sensor is matched

* Fix cleanup state reversion and input power check for disabled interface

- Delete enabled config leaf on cleanup if it was not originally present
- Skip minimum input power check when interface is admin disabled

* Simplify channel map loop and remove redundant physical-channel check error

* Batch gNMI interface and component lookups across all subtests
