feat: conversations replace the inbox and sent lists (#56)

The message list is now one list of conversations. A conversation is a
message that answers nothing, plus every later message that answers it,
received and sent together. Replies nest one level deep, oldest first,
and the list is ordered by latest activity. Conversations are derived
from reply_to and never stored.

- Conversations.feature specifies the grouping, ordering, forwards,
  orphan replies and the "You replied" indicator. Its steps run against
  the real history.
- SentMessage keeps ReplyToId, so this member's own replies can be
  filed. Sent history from before this change has no pointer and stands
  alone.
- Forward: Fwd: subject, original quoted, nobody chosen, no reply_to,
  so it starts a new conversation.
- ConversationPage replaces MessagePage and shows every message in the
  message view's style, with Reply and Forward on each.
- ComposeViewModel is transient. As a singleton it carried the last
  draft's reply pointer into the next message.
- domain-model.md, README, Composing/Receipts/OnDevice features updated.
