chore: pin line endings to LF

Working trees on Windows have core.autocrlf=true, so files are checked out
with CRLF. The repository itself has always stored LF, but nothing enforced
that: a file staged with CRLF would pass unnoticed locally and then fail
gofmt in CI, which reports CRLF files as unformatted.

Declare LF for the repository and for working trees alike. git add
--renormalize reports no changes, confirming nothing had drifted.
