feat: infer script model binding when modelBindings_ is empty (#389)

* Infer the script model binding when modelBindings_ is empty

Future FIX observations already name their index in the script, so
requiring an explicit spot-to-EQ binding duplicated that knowledge and
failed valuations with MissingModelBinding. Preparation now infers the
binding from the script's single model-observed ordinary EQ and raises
AmbiguousModelBinding on several distinct future indices. Explicit
bindings keep their validation, and Explain diagnostics report the
effective binding. C++, Python, and Excel examples drop the redundant
binding settings.

* Regenerate ScriptValuationSettings Excel help for binding inference

The IF-block description for model_bindings changed; dal_check_generated
requires the committed Machinist output to match.

* Rename diagnostics local to avoid member-style trailing underscore
