Drop the implementation-specific classes (#736)

Only the verification functions and the methods can be
implementation-specific from now on.

An implementation-specific class was never worth its keep. A snippet had to
be provided not only for the class itself, but also for its de/serialization,
its verification, its enhancing, its copying and its iteration.

An implementation-specific constrained primitive was even less defined.
A constrained primitive is never generated as a type -- only its invariants
are ever rendered, as a verification function -- so a snippet had nothing to
replace.

An implementation-specific constructor could not be used at all: it is parsed
as an implementation-specific method rather than as a constructor to be
understood, and the translation to the intermediate representation crashed on
it with a contract violation.

All three are now rejected in the parser with a message pointing to
the methods and to the verification functions.
