Inline the single-use helpers in the Java generator (#734)

We inline the private helper functions which had a single call site and
carried no cross-generator counterpart, so that the reader no longer has
to jump to a one-off function to see what happens:

* ``_tuple_items`` in the Java and in the TypeScript generator of the
  JSON de/serialization tests of concrete classes,
* ``_serialized_argument_type`` in the Java JSON generator and
  ``_written_argument_type`` in the Java XML generator, both folded into
  their sibling ``_container_type``, where the Java-generics invariance
  which motivates the bound is now noted at the site, and
* ``_generate_tuple_record`` in the shared Java code generator.

We deliberately leave the remaining single-use functions alone. They are
the structural decomposition of the generators -- one function per
emitted snippet, all called once from the module's assembler -- and
inlining them would grow single functions by hundreds of lines.

The generated code is unchanged.
