fix: Preserve page GET sentinel status codes

Return HTTP 400 for `GET /bad-request/` when `PageBad.GET`
returns `datapages.ErrBadRequest`. The pagesentinels app defines
no error-returning actions; checking only actions would send
HTTP 500 for that page error.
