docs(signals): OBSERVE.subjectOf JSDoc names the subscriptions() export

The attribution fold split moved `subscriptions` off the `attribution`
object into a named export of `solid-js/attribution`; this comment still
called the method, and it renders on the OBSERVE reference page.
