project: ban the term straight-up

`straight-up` and `straight up` join the banned words and phrases. Both
are corporate filler, and the plain sentence reads better without the
intensifier. The phrase grep in the prose-lint skill matches both forms
through `straight[ -]up`.

The template sources under `wiswa/tool/templates` change alongside the
generated files.
