Raise the minimum Go version to 1.26

golang.org/x/tools v0.50.0 requires Go 1.26. Go 1.25 no longer gets
security fixes now that Go 1.27 is out.

- Set go 1.26.0 in the root and examples/hello modules, and in the
  module that happy_test.go writes.
- Update ginkgo to v2.32.2, gomega to v1.43.0, testify to v1.12.1,
  and golang.org/x/tools to v0.50.0, with the related golang.org/x
  modules.
- Run the CI test matrix and the coverage job on Go 1.26.x.
- Show Go 1.26 in the README version badge.

testify v1.12 no longer depends on gopkg.in/yaml.v3. The generator
tests and the wirerun fixture import that package, so a blank import
in resolve_test.go now keeps it in go.mod.

Supersedes #1.
