* Add a CLAUDE.md shim so Claude Code loads AGENTS.md, and trim AGENTS.md

Claude Code does not read AGENTS.md on its own. Support for it sits behind
the built-in agents-md plugin, whose projectInstructions option defaults to
CLAUDE.md only, so a session in this repo loaded no project instructions at
all. The shim imports AGENTS.md with @AGENTS.md, which keeps one source of
truth and works for every contributor rather than per machine. Delete it once
Claude Code reads AGENTS.md without help.

The trim removes content a session reconstructs by reading the repo: the src/
and tests/ trees, the just recipe list, the ruff settings already in
pyproject.toml, and the workflow filenames, which named ci.yml and release.yml
but not dependabot-auto-approve-and-merge.yml. The API facts the tree carried
move into prose: the load tag, the DJANGO_ICONS setting, and IconRenderer
subclassing. Gotchas and conventions stay, including the uv.lock rules, the
Django test runner note, and the tox matrix warning.

Also replaces the 15 em dashes with a comma, colon or full stop, per house
voice. Punctuation only, no wording changed.

AGENTS.md says the config files are kept in sync across packages but not
where that sync is defined. django-bootstrap3 and django-bootstrap4 already
carry this pointer, this repo did not.
