Improve legibility of text esp. in screenshots. (#5113)

* Make DropShadowEffect user configurable

* Add text opacity for even darker background
- HTML font tag is 20 years deprecated. use style attributes instead.
- background color can only be set by a div/span combination,
- table font color 'inherit' does not work
- add negative opacity for forced daysky background

* Deactivate useless overrides
- They only reimplemented the base implementation.

* SUG: describe features.
