Remove redundant and duplicate MANIFEST.in entries (#1478)

## What do these changes do?

Removes `include multidict/*.c` from `MANIFEST.in`, which is redundant
since `graft multidict` a few lines above already recursively includes
every file under `multidict/`, including all `.c` files. Also removes a
duplicated `exclude multidict/*.pyd` line that was listed twice back to
back.

## Are there changes in behavior for the user?

No. Verified by building an sdist from master and from this branch and
diffing the tar member lists; the file lists are identical.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No, it is a two-line cleanup of `MANIFEST.in` with no behavior change.
