fix(test): make path-traversal backslash assertion platform-aware

On POSIX a backslash is an ordinary filename character, so a "..\..\\" payload
does not escape the store folder and safeStoreJoin correctly does not throw. The
previous assertion assumed Windows separator semantics and failed on Linux CI.
Assert per-platform, and add a native-separator escape test that holds on both.
