fix: do not empty the whole object cache on deactivation (#75)

Trumpet::deactivate() deleted its own cache entry and then called
Cache::flush(), which maps onto wp_cache_flush() and empties the entire
object cache: every other plugin's entries, and on a host where two
installs share a Memcached instance, the other site's as well.

Trumpet keeps exactly one key, so the delete immediately above was
already the whole job and the flush only ever did collateral damage.
Harmless while nothing persisted between requests; not harmless now that
Memcached is going on.

Also clears the way for Unity to drop flush() from the Cache contract,
where this was the only caller in the suite.
