chore: declare the passkey capabilities the SDK implements (#1373)

listPasskeys, renamePasskey and deletePasskey on AuthClient, and
listPasskeys and deletePasskey on AuthAdmin, have been there since the
passkey support landed, but the matrix still reported five capabilities
as missing. They are `@_spi(Experimental)` like the two already declared
implemented, so the symbol graph never carries them and only the status
can record them.
