Added:
- `EffCSS` namespace and the overridable `EffCSS.Properties` interface: a single place to type CSS properties across all utilities. By default it stays permissive (previous behavior), but extending `EffCSS.Properties` (e.g. via `csstype`) once enables strict typing everywhere. Pure type-level feature — no new dependency, no runtime changes
- `EffCSS.Rule` — recursive rule type built on top of `Properties`, allowing nested rules with arbitrary selectors (`'&:hover'`, `@media(...)`, `.class`, `> li`, `--var`) at any level
- `EffCSS.StyleSheet` — top-level type for stylesheet generators (`classNames`, `attributes`, `customStyles`); the top level may contain only selectors, not CSS properties
- public style types in `src/types.ts` now use `EffCSS.Rule`/`EffCSS.StyleSheet` instead of plain `object`
- added the section about CSS types & TS autocompletion in README
