fix(mapper): clamp sub-unit explicit durations and resolve enum8 label defaults

An explicit duration below the row's timestamp unit now emits 1 instead
of 0, so a supplied span never reads as missing. An enum8 default given
as a label is resolved to its enum_values integer at compile time, and
an unknown label is a compile error; the Elixir side used to coerce any
non-numeric enum8 default to 0 before the NIF saw it.
