Fix `xs:double` lexical forms in the Python XML (#720)

The Python xmlization wrote `xs:double` correctly -- `INF`, `-INF`,
`NaN`, a signed zero, and otherwise the shortest representation which
round-trips -- but read far more than that back.

`float` and `int` are both too permissive to be handed the text of an
element directly. `float` takes `Infinity`, `inf`, `nan` and `NAN`, none
of which is a valid `xs:double`, and both of them take a digit group
separator as in `1_0` and surrounding whitespace. Worse, both accept
a decimal digit of *any* script, so `<someInt>٥</someInt>` was quietly
read as 5.

The text is therefore matched against the lexical space before it is
parsed. The three named literals of `xs:double` keep their own lookup,
so the pattern covers only the numeric form.

Mind the two Python-specific details in the patterns. They spell
`[0-9]`, and not `\d`, since `\d` matches a digit of any script and
would preserve the very bug this fixes.
